The staff members of our unit have many years of experience in field archaeology both in Germany and other European countries. Since 1997 we have been particularly engaged in the state of Brandenburg. Our areas of competence range from archaeological and geophysical prospection, watching briefs, excavation, to surveying of ancient monuments and dendrochronology.

As well as archaeologists, we also draw on the experience of neighbouring disciplines, and welcome interdisciplinary cooperation.
